Wanderlust

Wanderlust - Kitty French Wanderlust may be a quick read but it's a really good one. You don't feel neglected at the end because it's too short or because a part is missing. No, the author succeed to share with us a wonderful story about an unforgettable love between bestfriends that will put a smile on your face at the end of these forty-one pages.

Ruby and Ford were best friends in college but they knew it went beyond friendship. Unfortunately, they had differents goals in life... he wanted to escape his family and find peace by traveling all around thee world while she needed to take care of her sister. They shared a passionated kiss as a goodbye. 8 years later, they see each other at their friends' wedding. She's afraid he's going to break her heart once again but he has no interest in doing so because he loves her too...

A really sweet and sexy read !

Love is Darkness

Love is Darkness - Caroline Hanson This book really took me by surprise. I never expected to like it so much, and I am honestly glad I've read this one who waited on my Kindle for a little while.

Transcendence

Transcendence - Shay Savage Wow. That was a really good read, and I didn't expect that at first, even with a lot of good reviews, I had this little doubt in my head about this one but no! Transcendence was great.

The end was so sweet and lovely I couldn't stop crying for both of them!

Rescued

Rescued - Priscilla West Hehe, I got an ARC, thanks to Priscilla West!
Can't wait to find out more about Hunter :).

Lucien's Mate

Lucien's Mate - Diana Persaud 1.5 stars

I know it was free on Amazon but I thought it was badly written even if there was some heat between the two characters. They had chemistry when sex was involved and that was the only good thing in this short book. There's better paranormal erotica/romances out there so keep searching for your next read.

Tangled Thing Called Love

Tangled Thing Called Love - Juliet Rosetti ***ARC received through Netgalley***

2,5 stars

Unfortunately, I wasn't really hooked to the story and the mystery in it about Fawn's death and the "curse". It was okay for me but it wasn't amazing. But even if I wasn't excited that much when reading this book, it was entertaining and I could see why people could find it funny. There were moments really nice especially with the twins Sam and Joey; they were cute little devils.

I wish Mazie had started something with Hoolihan. I was more interested in him than Ben and I thought they had chemistry like in the bar when they were dancing, but the end let us thought there will be a next book, so maybe then?

Ignite Me

Ignite Me - Tahereh Mafi If I could rate it 6 stars, I would.

I know some people didn't like it or was disappointed with Warner being amazing and all...or for the writing but I think it was a fabulous final instalment for a YA and I loved it. Anyway, I still can't believe this is the end. I'm kind of shocked knowing that I won't be reading more of this series even if I desperatly want to. Now I'll just have to hide and mope about that for a week and remember how this story made me feel.

Warner and Juliette (alias 'J') are just perfect for each other, especially in this book when she finally discovers who she really is. She doesn't want to cower and stay behind while the world is fighting anymore. She wants to fight, she wants revenge and she wants to lead them into battle. Somehow, Warner always knew it would come to this eventually. The chemistry between them was just too hot to handle and thank god, she finally aknowledged it. I can't get them out of my head because their relationship is so intense and sweet at the same time.

Kenji was an amazing character as always, funny but also sensitive and that's a part of him we didn't really see before. About Adam I kind of feel bad for him but then he turned out to be someone I didn't recognize and while I knew he had his reasons, I couldn't find myself loving him like I do Aaron especially when he was acting like a total jerk toward Juliette.

There is so much more to say about Ignite Me, but I'll let you find out by yourself because there is no words for it and I know I'll re-read it someday. If you havn't read this series yet, do it now and give it a try because you'll most likely end up loving it and wanting more.

Conning For Keeps

Conning For Keeps - Seleste deLaney ***ARC received through Netgalley***

In this second book of the series, the author focused on Marissa and Trevor. They are partners in a mission where they have to rescue a painting from the hands of the bad guys. They both have an history linked to this: she's an ex con artist and has always been fascinated by this particular painting and its myth. And he wants to revenge his friend's death. That brings suspense and mystery.

But the most interesting part (for me at least) is that they're both attracted to each other, badly. When she tries to hit on him, he just scowls at her and makes her understand that there won't have any changes in their relationship. When they have to pose as an engaged couple, things get complicated, and hot. And now, you have romance and steamy scenes, a good combination ! A few funny moments are also at the program.

Her Royal Bodyguard

Her Royal Bodyguard - Natasha Moore ***ARC received through Netgalley***

Her Royal Bodyguard is the second book in the series but you can read it as a standalone if you prefer. It has lots of sweet romance and there is also the "we can't be together because you are royalty and I'm only a bodyguard" problem in the entire book.

When Angelina is almost kidnapped by armed men, she and Rico must pretend to be newly married and hide in Tuscora with Rico's family. What started as a job will be more complicated when the princess fall in love with him along the way...

But well, he kept rejecting her because of her title.

I didn't get attach to the characters (Angelina was annoying at times and honestly I wasn't that curious about her after reading the first chapters) and the plot fell a little flat for me. It was nice and short but there wasn't much chemistry either. Maybe it's only me because it seems all the books I've read lately were just ok or boring, and I'm growing tired of that... Let's hope I'll find a book who'll left me with lots of feelings because right now
