At first and during most of the book actually, I couldn't bring myself to like Brad De Lucas and his womanizing ways. The guy just slept with anyone with legs since his divorce five years ago and even before that. He's a jerk and did I mentioned that he was a cheater and have no problem sleeping with a married woman? 'BDL' is the kind of man who has too much sex appeal and testosterone for his own good.

I wanted Julia to stay away and not be obsessed with him from the beginning. Thankfully, it wasn't overly done or too much. I loved the last scene, it was hot and made me curious about what will happen in the next book. I hope Alexis won't be there too much because I probably won't stand her and that I'll get more attached to Brad.
